钢筋拉拔试验

钢筋拉拔试验,是锚固体的锚固力的现场检测,一般植筋72小时后,可采用拉力计(千斤顶)对所植钢筋进行拉拔试验加载方式。

1、一般植筋72小时后,可采用拉力计(千斤顶)对所植钢筋进行拉拔试验加载方式见右图。为减少千斤顶对锚筋附近混凝土的约束,下用槽钢或支架架空,支点距离≥max(3d,60mm)。然后匀速加载2∽3分钟(或采用分级加载),直至破坏。破坏模式分为钢筋破坏(钢筋拉断)、胶筋截面破坏(钢筋沿结构胶、钢筋界面拔出)、混合破坏(上部混凝土锥体破坏,下部沿结构胶、混凝土界面拔出)3种,结构构件植筋,破坏模式宜控制为钢筋拉断。

2、当做非破坏性检验时,最大加载值可取为0.95Asfyk。

3、抽检数量可按每种钢筋植筋数量的0.1%确定,但不应少于3根。

4、锚栓拉拔试验可选用以下两种加荷制度: 连续加载:以匀速加载至设定荷载或锚固破坏,总加荷时间为2min~3min。

分级加载:以预计极限荷载的10%为一级,逐渐加荷,每级荷载保持1min~2min,至设定荷载或锚固破坏。

锚杆的拉拔试验

锚杆以其工艺简单,成本低廉的经济特点目前在公路工程边坡防护、隧道施工中得到广泛应用。

而锚杆拉拔试验作为判断锚杆质量的一种手段,起到评价锚杆锚固系统的性能和锚杆的锚固力。

为了保证拉拔试验顺利进行及结果不至于影响工程进度,试验室根据以往项目施工经验,将锚杆拉拔试验中的一些注意事项列举如下,供大家参考:

1、 锚杆按设计、规范进行施工,特别注意长度、注浆饱满度;

2、 拉拔试验锚杆外露长度控制在40~45cm之间;

3、 为了使拉拔试验时,仪器有很好的着力点,边坡锚杆施工时,对预留做试验锚杆的需要做边长为40cm厚度为10cm的混凝土基座(基座中间留5-6cm圆孔,好让锚杆穿过),基座与锚杆垂直;隧道及边坡(岩层好时)可采用钢板代替混凝土基座(如图);

4、 试验之前,现场技术员需要提供桩号、锚杆种类、数量、规格、设计拉拔力;

5、 锚杆拉拔按锚杆数量300根试验一组(一组为3根),不足300根时按一组计;

6、 现场必须根据抽检频率、要求预留相应锚杆数量,特别是隧道,往往出现无外露锚杆,导致试验无法进行;

7、 锚杆拉拔力判定:同组3根锚杆拉拔力平均值必须大于等于设计值,最小值必须大于设计值90%;

由于锚杆拉拔多为第三方进行检测,只要是按以上注意事项进行施工及控制,锚杆拉拔试验就能顺利完成,为工程质量和计量打下良好基础。
